All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

As many of our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), additional processing time may be required during high demand periods.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

DS Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages

  • Additional charges may apply for reshipping

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact your local courier for assistance.
